About Hora
Hora (from Sanskrit "Horaśāstra") divides each day into 24 planetary hours — not clock hours, but equal divisions of the period from sunrise to the next sunrise. The ruling planet of each Hora is determined by a traditional cycle beginning with the planet that rules the day (Sun on Sunday, Moon on Monday, and so on), cycling through the seven classical planets in Chaldean order.
Each planetary Hora carries traditional activity associations — not predictions, but classical significations of what activities suit which planetary energy.
