Asato Ma Sadgamaya (Brihadaranyaka Upanishad 1.3.28)

ॐ असतो मा सद्गमय। तमसो मा ज्योतिर्गमय। मृत्योर्मा अमृतं गमय॥ ॐ शान्तिः शान्तिः शान्तिः॥

ॐ, हे परमेश्वर! मुझे असत्य और अज्ञान से सत्य की ओर ले चलो। मुझे अज्ञान रूपी अंधकार से ज्ञान रूपी दिव्य प्रकाश की ओर ले चलो। मुझे मृत्यु और अनित्यता के भय से अमरता और मोक्ष की ओर ले चलो। ॐ शांतिः, शांतिः, शांतिः।

Om, O Supreme Being! Lead me from the unreal to the real. Lead me from the darkness of ignorance to the light of knowledge. Lead me from the fear of mortality to immortality and spiritual liberation. Om Peace, Peace, Peace.
